Lucian Pera and Gif Thornton presented at the Tennessee Bar Association's The Ethical Campaign seminar, December 2 in Nashville. 

The advanced program tailored for state and local lawmakers; judges; candidates for executive, judicial or legislative positions; campaign chairs and campaign treasurers and their counsel included a broad review of the law and the ethics of election for office in Tennessee. 

The program also covered ethical issues involved in compliance with election law provisions required by state ethics rules, compliance with campaign finance practices, conformity with the Comprehensive Governmental Ethics Reform Act and an analysis of the provisions of the Code of Judicial Conduct and Rules of Professional Conduct provisions touching on elections.
