Adams and Reese represented Birmingham, Alabama-based Ram Tool and Supply in the company's acquisition of Otto Dukes Construction Supply located in Corpus Christi, Texas.
Ram Tool is a construction supply company focusing on commercial construction customers and their needs. At each of its locations, Ram Tool carries significant inventory that can be delivered to a job site quickly and accurately. Originally located in Birmingham alone, Ram Tool now operates from San Antonio, Texas to Washington, D.C. With the addition of Corpus Christi, Ram Tool now has 31 branches, six of which are in Texas.

Otto Dukes owner Mike Johnson will remain with the Company as the branch manager of Ram Tool Corpus.
