Adams and Reese ranked among the top five large companies in the Greater Baton Rouge Business Report’s 2023 “Best Places to Work” rankings, recognizing the top 75 organizations in the Capital Region. The announcement was made this morning at the Best Places to Work awards breakfast held at the Crowne Plaza in Baton Rouge; companies are featured in a special print insert inside this week’s publication.
This is the 10th annual Business Report “Best Places to Work” event.
“The organizations featured on this 10th annual list consistently go above and beyond to prioritize their employees,” writes the Business Report. “They understand that a content and engaged workforce translates to employees taking pride in their work, safeguarding the brand, and bolstering the bottom line — a trifecta of paramount importance in a competitive job market with a growing willingness among employees to explore new opportunities.”
The Business Report partners with Workforce Research Group to determine the rankings across nine focus areas: core experience; job; communication and workplace culture; relationship with manager; training, technology and professional development; diversity and inclusion; leadership; employee benefits; and work-life balance. Companies submit a questionnaire for consideration, and then employees are surveyed.
