Phil and co-presenters discussed buyer's considerations in M&A transactions, such as employees, IT, customers and supplies, among other areas. The webinar also covered post-closing legal issues that may arise with private company M&A transactions, including purchase price adjustments, breaches of representations and warranties, enforcement of covenants and restrictive covenants and other financial considerations.
