Adams and Reese Managing Partner Gif Thornton and Nashville Partner Brad Lampley were featured in Nashville Post’s “InCharge” issue for 2016. The publication, in its seventh annual rankings, names a compendium of Middle Tennessee’s top business, political and civic leaders.

Thornton serves as Managing Partner of Adams and Reese. He has served as legislative counsel to a number of businesses, trade associations and governmental entities with interests before Tennessee state government. In addition, he has represented clients before regulatory boards and administrative agencies of local, state and federal government. He has extensive experience in the areas of education, energy, health care, insurance, technology, transportation and utilities.

Lampley is a Partner and serves as Government Relations Practice Team Leader for the firm. He has a multifaceted practice, serving as legislative counsel to businesses and trade associations with interests before the Tennessee General Assembly and Tennessee state government. In that regard he has particular experience in the areas of transportation, energy, health care and insurance, among other fields. His practice also focuses on business litigation and commercial dispute resolution, with experience in banking and construction litigation, sports law and real estate.
