The law firm of Adams and Reese announced today the addition of associate attorney Cassandra L. Walsh in the firm’s Houston office.

With a varied practice that spans a multitude of practice areas and industries, Walsh strengthens Adams and Reese’s transactions practice. Walsh’s experience includes representing clients in matters relating to residential and commercial real estate; probate administration and estate and wealth planning; guardianship, entity formation and corporate governance; and bank finance and lending in both contested and uncontested matters.

Beyond her real estate experience, Walsh has formed entities, advised clients on corporate issues and assisted families and individuals with simple and complex estate planning matters and the administration of estates in probate. She is a certified mediator in the State of Texas, and she is also a certified Guardian Ad Litem and Attorney Ad Litem.

Walsh received her J.D. from South Texas College of Law in 2014 and her B.A. in Political Science and Religion from Emory University in 2010. She dedicates her time to organizations such as the Houston Bar Association’s Special Olympics Committee, Special Olympics of Texas and the Christian Legal Society.
