Adams and Reese Partners Mitch Boult, Linda Edell Howard and Gif Thornton were named among 2015’s The Best of the Bar by the Nashville Business Journal. All honorees were based on peer review selections. The winners will be featured in a special print edition on June 26 and honored at a cocktail reception at Nashville City Club on June 18.
Several of Adams and Reese’s corporate counsel clients were also named “Best of the Bar” including, Joel Galanter, of Aegis Sciences Corp.; Christie Laird, of Comdata Inc.; Scott Lynn, of Ryman Hospitality Properties Inc.; Joelle Phillips, of AT&T; Donna Roberts, of Cracker Barrel Old Country Store; Jason Rogers, of Belmont University; Bob Watson, of Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority; and Michael Zylstra, of Cracker Barrel Old Country Store.
To assemble the list, editors of the publication asked the community to nominate those in the legal profession who should be recognized for their work. From there, nominees were grouped together by the size of their firms: small, medium, large and corporate counsel. Nominees then voted on one another within their categories, with each being asked to rate the top 10. NBJ tallied the scores to announce the honorees.
