As a graduate of the University of South Florida and Stetson University College of Law, as well as a Lakewood Ranch native, I am passionate about making a difference through my professional work and personal contributions to the Sarasota and Tampa communities. I look forward to developing my practical and leadership skills, along with my gained experience in law, to partner with clients in the common, proactive goal of furthering their business, while minimizing conflict and avoiding litigation.

Jessica Zelitt practices as a litigator representing clients within the construction, commercial, and real estate arenas in all phases of the litigation process. She was also a Research and Teaching Assistant for Stetson University College of Law Professor Marco Jimenez, gaining experience in contract law.
