My goal as an attorney is to represent my clients with diligence, creative strategy, and unceasing curiosity, from the day an incident occurs until the last post-trial motion is filed. My work centers around providing advice, guidance, and support not just on individual cases, but holistically for the well-being of each client and my legal community. Primary Practice:

John Stiffler primarily practices in complex civil litigation, representing corporate clients in diverse industries, primarily including trucking accident defense, commercial contracts, property litigation, construction, labor and employment, and other complex commercial litigation matters.

Within his litigation practice, John has extensive experience representing commercial carriers on a wide range of transportation litigation, to include catastrophic and complex multi-party collisions involving tractor-trailers, tow trucks, bus lines, and other commercial vehicles, as well as commercial contracts and property disputes.

A Florida native and member of a family of lawyers practicing in Florida, John followed in his family’s footsteps to practice law as well. He earned his J.D. at the University of Michigan Law School. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Classical Studies, with honors, from the University of Pennsylvania.
