Litigation disputes can affect businesses in every industry. As an attorney, I have a passion for educating myself on the nuances of litigation issues across all industry sectors and understanding the interests of my client to protect their business.

Stacia Daigle practices primarily in litigation, where she focuses on commercial and healthcare-related matters, complex business and tort disputes. She represents both small and large commercial entities, healthcare facilities, products manufacturers, and medical providers.

Before joining Adams and Reese, Stacia gained civil litigation experience at a firm with concentrations in medical malpractice, wrongful death, consumer protection, complex class action and employment.

Stacia also has experience in the entertainment industry, advising clients on issues pertaining to copyright and trademark law. While in law school, she served as a contracts analyst with Country Music Television (CMT), and as a legal intern for both Volunteer Lawyers & Professionals for the Arts and HarperCollins Publishers.

Stacia earned her J.D. from Belmont University College of Law, receiving an Entertainment & Music Business Law Certificate. She was an Articles & Notes Editor with the Belmont Law Review. She was a member of the Dean’s List and a recipient of the Bruin Scholarship.

Before law school, Stacia received her Bachelor of Science in Music Industry, summa cum laude, from The College of Saint Rose in Albany, New York. Her honors included Delta Epsilon Iota Academic Honor Society, Dean’s List, Vice President’s Student Leadership Award, Saint Rose Award, Provost Scholarship and Music Talent Award Scholarship. She served as President/CEO of Rose Record Label Group, a student-run record label and publishing company.

Stacia is not only a talented attorney, but she is also a classically trained flutist and bagpiper. She led a world champion youth bagpipe band to victory in a competition in Glasgow, Scotland.
