We represented the nation’s largest supplier for construction drywall materials in a suit for non-payment against a general contractor and subcontractor. Our client only received partial payment, and we collected the full amount amidst the intricacies of a complex payment structure and multiple parties.

Represented a publicly traded landscape material supplier in a mechanic’s lien action against a customer for defaulting on an open account. The matter provided a case of first impression under Georgia law, utilizing a rarely applied section under the Georgia Mechanics Lien Statute. The precedent impacts future mechanics lien strategy in Georgia.
