Pera and Rich to Present 2025 Legal Ethics Year in Review Webinar

Leading ethics attorneys Lucian Pera, Partner with Adams & Reese, and Trisha Rich, Partner with Holland & Knight, will present their annual free, one-hour review of the most important developments of the last year in legal ethics and lawyering. 

The 2025 “Legal Ethics Year in Review” CLE webinar will be held on December 10, 2025, at noon central, via an ON24 webcast. Pera and Rich will break down new ABA guidance, state ethics opinions, and court decisions, with real-world examples relevant to every practice area. 

This year’s topic will include:

  • Attorney-client privilege in internal investigations, employee-employee communications, and hot documents.

Rich leads Holland & Knight’s national Legal Profession Team and regularly counsels lawyers, law firms, in-house legal departments, legal technology companies, investors, and other stakeholders regarding the regulation of the practice of law. She is the first vice president of the Chicago Bar Association and will become president of the organization in June 2026. She is also a past president of the Association of Professional Responsibility Lawyers.
