Adams and Reese is pleased to welcome Garrett Zoghby to the firm’s Mobile office. Zoghby is an associate in the firm’s litigation practice.
A former judicial law clerk to the Honorable Ben H. Brooks, 13th Judicial Circuit Court, Zoghby has experience in legal issues involving the Rules of Civil Procedure, Rules of Evidence and Alabama case law. He assists with all aspects of research, memoranda and trial preparation for litigation in the areas of product and premises liability, commercial dispute resolution and insurance coverage litigation.
Zoghby is a member of the Mobile Bar Association and the Paul W. Brock American Inn of Court. In the community, he has volunteered at St. Mary’s Home and with coastal clean-up efforts.
Zoghby received his B.A. in Management Marketing from the University of South Alabama, Mitchell College of Business in 2013. He earned his J.D., with honors, from the Birmingham School of Law in December 2016.
