For 35 years, Rogers has advised and represented clients throughout the Southeast in various practice areas of civil and complex commercial litigation. Within her construction practice, she represents owners, developers, general contractors, subcontractors, and materialmen in disputes related to defects in construction as well as personal injury claims associated with construction defects.
