Adams and Reese attorney Chris Joseph served as a moderator for an American Bar Association webinar held on July 11, “How Lawyers Can Develop and Improve Their Executive Presence.”

The webinar was sponsored by the ABA Young Lawyers Division. Joseph is a YLD Leadership Academy Scholar and member of the ABA Tort Trial and Insurance Practice, Fidelity and Surety Law committee.

The webinar discussed the key components of executive presence, its importance in the legal profession, and how to develop and deliver powerful presentations that are tailored to the specific needs of the lawyer’s audience. Executive presence components included body language, verbal communication, and personal branding, among others.

  • Explore techniques and opportunities to enhance your own credibility and influence within an organization, with senior decision-makers, and with your clients.

Joseph is a member of the Adams and Reese Intersection of Business and Government practice. He practices in construction litigation, surety litigation, commercial industry contracts and litigation, insurance, and property litigation. Joseph is recognized by peers among Louisiana’s Super Lawyers “Rising Stars.” He is a scholar in the American Bar Association Young Lawyer Division Leadership Academy, a national pipeline to further leadership skills of underrepresented attorneys. Also, he is a member of the American Bar Association TIPS Fidelity and Surety Law Committee’s Emerging Leaders Program.
