Adams and Reese ranked “Bronze” in the large company category of the 2023 New Orleans CityBusiness “Best Places to Work,” which in its 21st year honored the top employers in the Crescent City.
A total of 82 companies are honored in this year’s edition.
The process involved a submitted questionnaire on workforce data such as salaries, benefits, retention, community opportunities, and employee advancement, and an anonymous survey of employees to measure workplace culture. Best Companies Group, a subsidiary of BridgeTower Media (owner of New Orleans CityBusiness), curated the data and made the selections.
“Best Companies Group, an expert in employee engagement research, surveyed and analyzed numerous companies to find the Best Places to Work in New Orleans,” said Jaime Zepeda, executive vice president of Best Companies Group + COLOR Magazine. “This program recognizes companies that have excelled in creating quality workplaces for employees.”
Throughout the firm’s regional footprint, Adams and Reese is the recipient of the “Best Places to Work” honor in multiple offices. Aside from the Adams and Reese New Orleans office, the Baton Rouge, Birmingham, Houston, Jackson, Memphis, Nashville and Tampa offices have also been recognized among the “Best Places to Work” by publications in their respective communities.
The CityBusiness Best Places to Work article mentioned, “Adams and Reese is consistently recognized for professional excellence and commitment to DEI, as well as community service. Our community service program HUGS was founded in 1988 and has devoted financial resources and volunteer hours to assist our communities. Our firm’s pro bono program mandates every attorney perform pro bono work to help those in need.”
