Adams & Reese Partner Kristina Schrader Appointed Chair of INTA Anti-Counterfeiting Committee

Schrader is the Adams & Reese Anti-Counterfeiting Team Leader and a leading member of the firm’s Global Intellectual Property Practice Team. As a partner in the Nashville office, she crafts modern brand and content protection strategies for a wide range of multinational businesses across multiple industries. She is ranked by clients and peers among Managing IP’s Rising Stars, among the top-ranked IP attorneys in Tennessee by Chambers USA, and among the Top Trademark Professionals by World Trademark Review.
In addition to serving as INTA Anti-Counterfeiting Committee Chair, Schrader also serves as Anti-Counterfeiting Guide Editor on INTA’s Publications Committee. She formerly served as U.S. Subcommittee Chair and Anti-Counterfeiting Policy Global Project Team Leader for the Anti-Counterfeiting Committee. Schrader is an author and contributor to the World Trademark Review’s annual Anti-Counterfeiting Guide.

As INTA’s largest committee, the INTA Anti-Counterfeiting Committee develops and advocates the association’s policy regarding anti-counterfeiting and enforcement issues by monitoring developments in treaties, legislation, regulations, and other enforcement mechanisms worldwide. Committee members propose policy recommendations to the INTA Board, advocate policies in conjunction with fellow INTA committees and staff members, and interact and network with anti-counterfeiting stakeholders and organizations.
