Financial Services Counsel, Litigator John Springer Joins Adams & Reese in Tampa

(TAMPA, Fla.) – Practicing for more than a decade in Florida in financial services and commercial litigation, John Springer joins the AmLaw 200 firm of Adams & Reese as Counsel in the Tampa office. Springer was previously with the Tampa-based law firm of Solomon, Vigh & Springer.

With the addition of Springer, Adams & Reese continues its growth in Tampa, adding five attorneys over the last year in various practice areas, including financial services, litigation, labor and employment, and construction. The Adams & Reese Tampa office has 33 attorneys, and nationally, the firm has more than 325 attorneys and advisors across 10 states and DC.

With a background in accounting and experience in commercial transactions across various industries, Springer advises financial services clients on a range of issues including business disputes, creditors’ rights, contract matters, and debt collection. He has an M.B.A. and a J.D. from Stetson University and Stetson University College of Law, respectively.

Springer earned his B.A. from the University of South Florida, and his accounting career gained him experience across the banking, construction, and real estate industries. He later received his M.B.A. from Stetson University and his J.D. from Stetson University College of Law. While in law school, he interned with an in-house counsel team for a multinational manufacturing company. He also interned for a Florida-based holding company where he gained experience in the insurance industry and the review of insurance contracts.
