Overview
Patrick Dungan is an experienced attorney with a diverse practice spanning government law, business litigation, economic development, and regulatory compliance. He has extensive experience advising municipalities, planning commissions, and utility boards, as well as representing Fortune 500 companies, regional businesses, and local entrepreneurs.
Patrick provides day-to-day operational counsel to municipal governments across south Alabama, helping them navigate complex legal issues, streamline operations, and promote economic growth through business incentives. He is also experienced in legislative drafting and advising on bond financing, tax matters, and education law.
In the private sector, Patrick assists businesses with real property disputes, alcohol and medical cannabis licensing, regulatory compliance, and commercial transactions. He has successfully guided clients through high-stakes litigation and policy development, offering practical, results-driven legal solutions tailored to their needs.
Community Involvement
Patrick serves on the Boards of Directors for the Downtown Mobile Alliance and the Barton Academy Foundation. He is a past president of the University of South Alabama National Alumni Association and a member of the 2021 Leadership Mobile class.
