Overview
Adam Prom is a member of the Adams & Reese Construction Practice Group and serves as Counsel in the law firm’s Jacksonville office.
Practicing law in Florida for more than a decade, Adam represents corporate clients in all areas of construction law and construction litigation. He is experienced across a wide array of civil litigation areas, including business litigation, medical and professional liability defense, labor and employment disputes, product liability defense, trucking litigation, and premises liability defense.
Adam has been ranked for four consecutive years (2022-2025) among the Best Lawyers “Ones to Watch” in Construction Law and Medical Malpractice Defense.
Adam serves as President of the Jacksonville Bar Association Young Lawyers Section, where he has been a board member since 2018. He is also a member of the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce.
A Florida native, Adam received both his B.A. and J.D. from the University of Florida.
