Overview

Allison Zunica is an associate in the Adams & Reese Litigation Practice Group, where she represents clients across a wide range of industries in financial services, construction, commercial litigation, foreclosure, and creditors’ rights matters.

She handles all stages of the litigation process - from initial client consultation through case resolution—with a focus on practical, business-oriented outcomes. Her experience includes representing lenders and servicers in contested commercial foreclosure actions and contractual disputes, as well as advising clients on complex commercial litigation matters and construction claims.

Allison also counsels banking institutions on compliance with key consumer protection statutes, including the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Florida Consumer Collection Practices Act (FCCPA), Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (FDUTPA), Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and related state and federal laws.

Prior to joining the firm as an associate, Allison served as an Adams & Reese summer associate. She earned her J.D., cum laude, from Florida State University College of Law, where she was Managing Editor of the Florida State University Business Review (Volume 22).

Allison earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Florida, equipping her with a strong foundation to serve financial services clients.
