Overview
Ben Thomas is a member of the Adams & Reese Litigation Practice Group and an Associate in the firm’s Birmingham office. Ben primarily practices in civil and commercial litigation, business and construction disputes, including contractual agreements, obligations and negotiations, regulatory compliance, insurance defense, employment and labor law, insurance coverage matters, and bad faith issues.
Ben is a versatile lawyer who focuses on relationships and understands that not every legal problem has the same solution, recognizing that different situations require different strategies. His “client first” approach makes him an invaluable asset to any legal team.
Ben previously served as a law clerk for the 10th Judicial Circuit of Alabama, as well as the Alabama Attorney General’s Office, the Alabama Securities Commission, the Judicial Inquiry Commission, and the Mobile District Attorney's Office. His diverse legal experience, coupled with his extensive civil litigation practice before joining Adams & Reese, enables him to effectively represent clients across a broad range of civil litigation matters.
