Overview

Beth Frasch is the Licensing Director for the Adams & Reese Tennessee Alcohol and Hospitality Team, where she brings more than a decade of specialized licensing experience to some of the state's most complex liquor licensing matters. As the team's senior licensing specialist, Beth oversees every Tennessee liquor licensing project from intake through completion, coordinating work assignments, project management, project completion, budgeting, and billing to keep matters moving efficiently and predictably for clients.

Clients in the alcohol and hospitality industry consistently turn to Beth because she understands that licensing delays translate directly into lost revenue and missed business opportunities. She manages the full workflow of a licensing engagement, tracking deadlines, safeguarding the quality of the team's casework, and serving as a steady point of contact for client relations. That hands-on oversight allows clients to focus on opening and operating their businesses while Beth manages the many regulatory details in the background, drawing on her deep familiarity with Tennessee's licensing requirements.

Beth plays a critical leadership role within the Tennessee Alcohol and Hospitality Team, helping to shape how the team operates day to day. She mentors and monitors the performance and development of the attorneys, paralegals, and other staff who support the team's licensing practice, helping ensure that every client receives consistent, well-coordinated service regardless of who is handling the details of their matter.

Before becoming Licensing Director, Beth worked as a paralegal at Adams & Reese, gaining hands-on experience with the legal demands of licensing work that continues to inform her leadership today.
