Every transaction, real estate or otherwise, can be filled with issues that can make even simple matters end up complicated. My goal is to help clients navigate through any problems that may arise and to diligently identify, prepare for, and avoid any such issues in the future.

Caleb Smoke is a member of the Adams and Reese Corporate Services Practice Group. He primarily practices in real estate law, including real estate transactions and title insurance. He also has experience preparing estate documents, including wills, deeds, and probate pleadings.

Managing multi-million-dollar transactions from the initial negotiation of purchase agreements to closing, Caleb assists clients in all aspects of their transactions. Caleb’s additional experience includes:

  •  Representing clients in various real estate disputes and foreclosures.
  • Managing real estate closings, including securing title insurance, establishing escrow payments, reviewing contracts and agreements, and researching related law.
