Danielle W. Street

Danielle Street is a member of the Adams & Reese Corporate Services Practice Group and is on the firm’s nationally recognized Forestry Team. Practicing in the Jackson office and licensed in Mississippi, Danielle practices primarily in real estate and assists clients with title and survey review, corporate law, commercial contracts, land acquisition, and compliance with local, state laws and federal regulations around development projects.

As a member of the Adams & Reese Forestry Team, Danielle assists the team in representing all industry stakeholders – forestry companies, loggers, lumber mills, large private landowners, timber investors, etc. – on a full range of business, regulatory, and administrative issues. These issues can include commercial transactions and financing, land acquisitions, real estate development, loan document drafting and review, options, leases and title insurance services, the avoidance of claims or liabilities, business disputes, forest land management (contracts with vendors, suppliers, and consultants), among other legal matters impacting forestry clients.

In addition to her J.D. that she received at Mississippi College of Law, Danielle has an M.B.A from Mississippi College, earning both degrees in 2023. She received her B.A. from Sewanee: The University of the South.

Interestingly, Danielle founded a marketing business in college where she assisted her clients in strategic marketing solutions around their social media, website, and branding. This hands-on experience running a business, and advising others on theirs, gives Danielle a practical understanding of the challenges her clients face. She draws on this background to deliver legal counsel that is both practical and business-oriented.
