Overview
David advises clients in the entertainment industry, helping them navigate complex transactions, protect their creative works, and resolve disputes. As a singer, performer, and recording artist himself, he brings a firsthand perspective and understanding of both the creative and business sides of the industry. David’s background also includes an impressive series of clerkships that set him apart from many practitioners in his field, including clerkships for the Honorable Waverly D. Crenshaw, Jr., Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee. ; the Honorable James E. Shadid, Judge of the United States District Court for the Central District of Illinois; and the Honorable Maria M. Cabret, Justice of the Supreme Court of the U.S. Virgin Islands.
