The beauty of transactional law is that at the close of a deal, both sides can win. I aim to represent clients with the care, diligence, and integrity necessary to achieve the task at hand in a way that best serves them.

Fred’s practice is centered around commercial real estate law, advising clients on a variety of matters including selling, acquiring and leasing retail, office and commercial properties, as well as real estate development, construction, financing and zoning issues.

Before joining Adams and Reese, Fred served as a summer associate where he prepared drafts of closing documents for commercial real estate transactions and conducted legal research of relevant statutory and case law on a variety of topics. Fred worked as an intern at the District Office of Congressman Jim Cooper, where he served as a constituent liaison and presented daily briefings on current events.
