Jonathan Davis assists the real estate, finance, and middle market mergers and acquisitions teams at Adams and Reese. His focus on real estate law and commercial and financial transactions allow him to assist businesses with all the necessary documentation, contract review, and related diligence to achieve their deal goals.

Jonathan was a former law clerk within the Adams and Reese Summer Associate program, where he shadowed attorneys in various practice areas. He served as a legal research assistant for The University of Tennessee Center for Profitable Agriculture, where he gained familiarity with laws and regulations impacting the state’s agricultural business. As a former administrative assistant at a Mobile law firm, Jonathan gained experience in public records filings, court documents, and the proper filing procedures.

Earning his J.D. from The University of Tennessee College of Law, Jonathan received both the Harold C. Warner Centurion and Jason & Susan Epstein scholarships. He was an active member of the UT Christian Legal Society, and a staff editor of Transactions: The Tennessee Journal of Business Law.

Jonathan received a B.S.B.A. in Business Management, magna cum laude, from the University of South Alabama. He was a recipient of the Presidential Scholarship and Dr. Paul Pietri Management Scholarship, while earning both Dean’s List and President’s List honors. He was a member of the Pre-Law Society, volunteer with the Prodisee Food Pantry, and founder/president of the South Alabama Lacrosse Club.
