Lauren manages small commercial loan asset management programs for various banks; represents banks, financial institutions, and floorplan lenders in complex restructuring deals, chapter 11 and 7 commercial bankruptcies nationwide; and handles commercial litigation matters stemming from failed loan restructurings.

Before joining Adams & Reese, Lauren was in-house counsel at Sodexo, Inc., a Fortune Global 500 company providing food, alcohol, and facilities management services globally. In that role, she served as bankruptcy and commercial litigation counsel to the company in its North America headquarters. Prior to Sodexo, Lauren was an attorney at GrayRobinson, P.A. in its Washington, D.C. and Tampa offices handling restructuring and bankruptcy, debt workout, and commercial litigation matters on behalf of financial institutions, businesses, and governmental entities.

Lauren is an elected Governor on The Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division Board of Governors representing the interest of nearly 30,000 young lawyers under the age of 36, and/or within the first five years of practice throughout Florida, and on behalf of out-of-state Florida Bar young lawyers. Lauren continues to give back to her alma mater as a Law Review and alumni mentor to current law students, and serves as a practice judge for Stetson’s Duberstein Bankruptcy Moot Court Competition teams.
