Overview
Luke LaHaye has a diverse practice that focuses on litigation as well as regulatory and compliance counseling. In his litigation practice, he represents clients in a variety of areas, predominately commercial litigation and labor and employment. His regulatory and compliance practice spans from advising clients on customs and international trade issues to counseling financial institutions and service providers regarding compliance with federal and state consumer protection statutes and regulations.
Luke graduated from Tulane University Law School. While in law school, Luke was Senior Managing Editor of the Tulane Law Review and received the Class of 2000 Law Review Award. He also served as a legal research and writing senior fellow. In addition, Luke worked as a judicial extern for both the Honorable Sarah S. Vance and the Honorable Jane Triche Milazzo of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana.
