Taylor LeDuff’s litigation practice involves assisting with every aspect of a matter, including research, document review, drafting memoranda, depositions, and arguments. Her practice focuses on defending insurance companies in a variety of litigation.
A 2020 graduate of the Southern University Law Center, Taylor ranked third in her class. During her matriculation, she was Parliamentarian of the Moot Court Board, a member of the National Black Law Students Association, and a Senior Editor for the Journal of Race, Gender, and Poverty. She received her undergraduate degree in Marketing from Louisiana State University in 2016.
Prior to joining the firm, Taylor was a law clerk for the Civil District Court for the Parish of Orleans - Division J, where she managed a diverse caseload of civil suits filed in the judicial district including asbestos, contracts, motor vehicle collisions, domestic matters, successions, injunctions, and medical malpractice. Taylor also has prior experience as a docket clerk with the Orleans Parish Civil Sheriff’s Office.
