Overview
Victoria Benson is an Associate in the Corporate Services Practice Group in the Tampa office of Adams & Reese, where she advises clients on commercial lending, real estate transactions, corporate formations, and mergers and acquisitions.
Victoria assists the Corporate Services team in representing clients across the transactional practice, with a focus on commercial real estate transactions and financial services. With a strong background in real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and financing, Victoria advises clients from deal structuring through closing, ensuring compliance and efficient execution to help clients manage risk and achieve their transactional goals.
Victoria earned her J.D., cum laude, from Stetson University College of Law, where she served as President of the Student Bar Association and Managing Editor of the Journal of Aging Law and Policy. Upon graduation, Victoria received the Walter E. Mann Award, an award presented to the student with the greatest promise of leadership in the legal profession. She holds a B.S., magna cum laude, in Risk Management and Insurance from Florida State University.
