My transactional practice focuses on helping clients with a range of business and legal challenges, including real estate, commercial lending, and bank operations issues.
Whit Kendall advises clients in real estate transactions and financial services matters throughout Mississippi and the Southeast. His real estate practice focuses on helping clients navigate commercial real estate transactions, as well as the acquisition and sale of timber and agricultural assets.
Whit’s corporate practice includes working with clients to structure their business needs, whether it’s helping both lenders and borrowers reach their funding goals, negotiating leases for clients, or advising clients on other operational issues.
Before joining Adams and Reese, Whit worked as Senior Counsel and Legislative Policy Coordinator for the Mississippi Department of Agriculture and Commerce. He uses this experience to help clients address the many challenges and roadblocks agricultural clients encounter.
