Overview
Zack Jarvis is a member of the Adams & Reese Litigation Practice Group. Practicing in the Atlanta office, Zack represents clients across a wide array of litigation areas, including construction, real estate, and lien litigation, and other general commercial litigation matters. He is also experienced in labor and employment law and corporate services, including transactions, contracts, and business disputes.
In his labor and employment practice, Zack advises employers on handbook and workplace policies, counsels them on the ever-evolving regulatory and legislative state and federal changes, and represents them on any issues related to discrimination, harassment, wage and hour law, workplace safety, employee discipline, leave and accommodation issues, among other charges filed by employees with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).
Zack also has experience drafting and reviewing contracts, articles of incorporation, and other documents, and representing businesses in any contract disputes. He is a strong advocate for his clients, is passionate about listening to their concerns, and crafts practical solutions to meet their needs and resolutions to all matters, whether that be through litigation or other means.
Zack earned his J.D. from the University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law, where he was managing editor of the Arizona Law Review. He externed for two federal judges where he honed both his persuasive writing and legal acumen. Before law school, Zack worked for Boeing as a purchasing agent, negotiating multimillion-dollar contracts with suppliers and manufacturers. He also interned as a corporate finance analyst with Southwest Airlines. He received his Bachelor of Science in Economics from BYU.
