Adams and Reese has several attorneys who will serve as panelists and coordinators for various CLEs within the New Orleans Bar Association's “Procrastinators’ Programs” series. The CLEs will take place through the month of December to assist attorneys in meeting their requirements. CLEs will be held at the Pan American Life Building at 601 Poydras Street, 11th Floor, in New Orleans.

On Dec. 14, "Masters of the Courtroom" will feature trial techniques by judges, defense and plaintiff attorneys.

  • At 8:30 a.m., Adams and Reese Partner Chris D'Amour will team up with James Carter, of James Carter & Associates, and James Williams, of Chehardy Sherman Williams, to present "Jury Selection: How to Pick Your People."
  • At 1:40 p.m., Adams and Reese Partner Paige Sensenbrenner will team up with Kerry Miller, of Fishman Haygood, and Andrea Albert, of Galloway, to present "Closing Arguments: Connecting All the Dots."  
  • At 4 p.m., Adams and Reese Partner Leigh Ann Schell will team up with Judge Terri Love, of the Louisiana Fifth Circuit Court of Appeal, and Tad Bartlett, of Fishman Haygood, for a CLE on "Appeals: Winning Your Appeal at Trial (Appellate Specialization)".

On Dec. 19 at 4:50 p.m., Adams and Reese Partner Matt Guy will team up with Aaron Greenbaum, of Pusateri, and Kassie Lee Richbourg, of The Moeller Firm, to present "2023 Maritime Law Developments."

On Dec. 27 at 10:10 a.m., Adams and Reese attorneys Billy Wright and Hogan Crosby will team up with attorney Alex Granier, of Ungarino & Maldanado, for "Professionalism Issues IRL (In Real Life). The presentation will highlight real-life scenarios faced by attorneys, on and off the clock, and how to, and not to, address them in accordance to their professional obligations.

On Dec. 29 at 2:30 p.m., Adams and Reese Partner Courtney Miller will team up with Matthew Treuting, of Roth Law Firm, to present "Fur Get Me Not - Estate Planning for Pets."
