Adams & Reese has been recognized by U.S. News & World Report as one of the Best Companies to Work For among U.S. law firms in 2026. The annual rating program identifies law firms that demonstrate excellence across key factors important to employee well-being and job satisfaction.

U.S. News & World Report evaluated law firms by analyzing publicly available employee sentiment and other data, in partnership with SurePoint Technologies and Revelio Labs, to determine how firms support the everyday experience of their workers. The evaluation assessed six critical factors: quality of pay and benefits; work-life balance and flexibility; job and company stability; physical and psychological comfort; belongingness and esteem; and career opportunities and professional development. Firms with the highest composite scores across all six factors earned a place in the 2026 Best Companies to Work For: Law Firms ratings.
