Adams & Reese attorney Taylor Brooks has been named among Nashville’s Top 30 Under 30 Professional and Philanthropic Leaders, selected by the Tennessee Chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and a committee of area business leaders, philanthropic influencers, and young professional peers across Middle Tennessee.

Taylor will be honored at Nashville’s Top 30 Under 30 celebration gala at Loveless Barn on Saturday, Aug. 2, at 6 p.m. As part of her selection, she joins fellow young leaders to participate in a 16-week development program, challenging themselves and growing their skill sets through a philanthropic competition raising funds for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Thus far, Team Taylor has raised over $9,000.

“I am truly honored to have been recognized as one of Nashville’s Top 30 Under 30,” says Taylor. “I have thoroughly enjoyed building connections with my fellow honorees and raising funds this summer for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and its mission to find a cure for cystic fibrosis. “I’m grateful for this opportunity and the endless support from my friends, family, and colleagues at Adams & Reese.”

At Adams & Reese, Taylor counsels clients on corporate and transactional law, with a focus on public finance in which she represents entities in complex financing deals like multifamily housing developments, local government projects, and professional sports facilities. Additionally, she handles commercial real estate transactions, advises on general corporate matters, and provides solutions for litigation finance deals. She is a graduate of Vanderbilt University Law School and the University of Alabama.

In the legal industry, Taylor is an active member of the National Association of Bond Lawyers, the National Housing & Rehabilitation Association, and the Lawyers’ Association for Women. Her work in the affordable housing industry has contributed to thousands of new affordable housing units across Tennessee. In the community, she has been involved with the Nashville Young Leaders Council and is a member of the Women’s Political Collaborative of Tennessee.

“We are excited to have Taylor Brooks as part of our 2025 class of honorees. Taylor’s early career success as a fifth-year Associate Attorney at Adams & Reese and engagement in community causes like the Young Leaders Council and efforts for affordable housing is impressive and we look forward to working with Taylor Brooks to do even more for Nashville.” said Leigh Ellington, Executive Director for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation TN Chapter.

Nashville’s Top 30 Under 30 was launched in 2009 by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation Tennessee Chapter to honor young professionals growing in their careers, engage them in community service, and train them to make the biggest impact possible in the community. Since 2009, Top 30 honorees have raised more than $1 million to support the mission of the CF Foundation.
