Courtney Miller Named 2026 Leadership in Law Honoree by CityBusiness

The windows of a modern building for offices

New Orleans CityBusiness has selected Adams & Reese Partner Courtney Miller to its 2026 Leadership in Law class. The annual program recognizes legal professionals across the New Orleans area for their career accomplishments and contributions to the community. CityBusiness selects individual attorneys in four categories: court-associated, educators, firm-associated, and in-house counsel. Miller is listed as a firm-associated honoree, reflecting her dedication to her legal practice, her clients, and community service.

A leading member of the firm's Tax Team, Miller has spent more than two decades helping individuals, families, and business owners protect their assets. Her practice is centered on estate planning, tax matters, and various corporate services issues, and she is known for her clarity, attention to detail, and commitment to helping clients navigate complex planning decisions with confidence. In addition to this recognition, Miller also serves as Chair of the Wills, Trusts, and Successions Committee for the New Orleans Bar Association and sits on the Advisory Board for Loyola University New Orleans College of Law's Annual Estate Planning Conference. She is a longtime member of the New Orleans Estate Planning Council and the Association of Women Attorneys.

Recipients will be honored at an in-person event on Monday, October 5, at the New Orleans Museum of Art. Profiles of Miller and all 2026 Leadership in Law honorees will appear in the October 15 print and online editions of CityBusiness. Adams and Reese congratulates Miller on this well-deserved recognition and celebrates her continued contributions to the firm, the legal profession, and the community.
