Green to Speak on “Construction Contracts 101” for ABC Florida First Coast Chapter

Green will provide a practical overview of fundamental components of construction agreements and knowledge on how to read, interpret, and negotiate contract language effectively. The class will also teach construction company executives about key contract types, common clauses, and how to identify and manage potential legal and financial risks.
Everyone that is involved with contracts at his/her company is encouraged to attend. The education class is presented by the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) Florida First Coast Chapter and sponsored by Dewalt.
Celebrating its 75th anniversary in 2025, ABC is a national construction industry trade association with 67 chapters and more than 23,000 members.
