I became an attorney because I enjoy problem solving. Understanding that communication is key, I pride myself on immediately taking care of clients’ issues with care, persistence and attention to detail to ensure their problems are solved and goals are met.

Cate Creed focuses her practice in litigation and public finance, advising clients on commercial litigation matters and regulatory compliance.

While at Loyola University School of Law, Cate was a member of the Law Review, competed as a Moot Court team member and coach, and was Chief Justice of the Honor Board. In addition to her Juris Doctorate, she received a Legal, Technology, and Entrepreneurship Certificate. Throughout her time at Loyola, Cate drafted memoranda for attorneys to use in their briefs and motions, conducted legal research for and composed reports, reviewed depositions and wrote summaries, shepardized cases, and analyzed statutes. She also assisted in the development of an Amicus Brief.

As an undergraduate student, Cate studied Public Relations and Business at the University of Texas at Austin. Her background in conducting research, creating strategic campaigns, and developing action plans allows Cate to think strategically and creatively while evaluating her clients’ matters from a business perspective.
