Overview
Elisabeth LeBlanc is a corporate and transactional attorney who advises public and private clients on matters related to commercial transactions such as entity formation, governance, and operations, as well as mergers and acquisitions and securities transactions and filings. She also assists with state tax credit programs.
The wide range of experience Elisabeth brings to her client engagements includes experience as in-house and outside counsel in both the lending and legal fields, where she has worked on behalf of public and private companies, as well as private equity firms, on transactions valued at up to $500 million in the energy, healthcare, manufacturing, logistics, technology, and retail industries.
In approaching each client and matter, Elisabeth believes collaborating closely with the client to understand their business and their objectives is key to developing a thoughtful, intentional strategy designed to both achieve and protect their interests.
While earning her law degree, Elisabeth served as a judicial extern for the Hon. Fredericka Homberg Wicker in the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeal of Louisiana and as an in-house legal extern with a large hospital group.
