Trying cases is a tremendous responsibility, and it’s a responsibility that I humbly undertake for my clients. In this forum, I am the voice for my clients when they need an advocate. Such an opportunity is my greatest privilege in practicing law, and I truly enjoy helping my clients navigate the litigation process.

Rocky King focuses his litigation practice on complex business and tort disputes. He represents clients across the country in health care matters such as fraud investigations and claims filed under the False Claims Act at both the state and federal level. Drawing upon his diverse skill sets, Rocky also handles product liability disputes, health care liability matters, labor and employment issues and commercial disputes, including trade secret disputes, breach of contract matters, real estate litigations and fiduciary duty cases.  Rocky also represents clients in litigation regarding credit collection practices, including alleged violations of the TCPA, FDCPA and bankruptcy stays.

In addition to his litigation practice, Rocky advises his clients on regulatory issues and compliance with the STARK Act, the Anti-Kickback Statute, the Fair Labor Standards Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Rocky also counsels clients involved in insurance coverage disputes regarding property coverage, business interruption, general liability, directors and officers’ liability, employment practices, toxic tort and excess insurance issues.

As a litigator, it is my privilege to be my client’s voice and advocate. This is a responsibility I both warmly welcome and humbly undertake.
