Overview

Rocky King concentrates his litigation practice on complex business and tort disputes. He represents clients nationwide in commercial matters, including trade secret misappropriation, breach of contract, real estate litigation, and fiduciary duty claims. Rocky also advises on government contract bid and procurement issues and has successfully protested and defended contract awards at the local and state levels.

In addition to his commercial practice, Rocky serves as National Trial Counsel for commercial motor carriers and trucking companies in complex motor vehicle accident litigation. Focused on defending transportation clients in high-exposure cases, he pairs deep knowledge of federal and state trucking regulations with a strategic, results-driven approach. He collaborates with insurers, fleet owners, and safety managers to protect their interests in catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases, as well as other transportation-related disputes. Beyond the courtroom, Rocky counsels clients on risk management, accident response, and regulatory compliance to reduce exposure before claims arise.
