Adams and Reese Partners Don McKinney, Liz Roussel, Kirby Shealy, and Clarence Wilbon have been selected to the inaugural Lawdragon 500 Leading Litigators in America list, which honors the nation’s most elite courtroom litigators represented by more than 100 law firms.

Lawdragon, a legal media company that provides news, features, and guides to the nation’s leading lawyers, selected the 500 honorees through submissions by firms and clients, journalistic research focused on recent cases and defense verdicts or settlements, and vetting by peers.

This is Lawdragon’s first guide dedicated to attorneys who excel in representing principally corporations and other organizations in litigating claims involving antitrust, securities, financial, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property and patents, product liability, mass tort, white collar, government investigations and energy disputes.

The guide also includes 30 percent women and is 17 percent inclusive. Roussel serves as an Adams and Reese Litigation Practice Group Leader. Wilbon is the Chair of the Adams and Reese Diversity Committee and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee.

Adams and Reese’s Litigation Practice features litigators in each of the firm’s 21 offices across 10 states and Washington DC, allowing seamless service in the Southeast footprint and across the country. Advising regional, national, and multinational companies, Adams and Reese represents businesses in all areas of litigation, including commercial, complex/class actions, employment, intellectual property, product liability, toxic torts, and appellate.
