Adams & Reese Partner and Government Relations Team Member Rob Rieger served as a panelist for an SCG Legal Mid-Year Meeting discussion on “Navigating Change: Forecasting the Trump Administration’s Impact on the U.S. and the Global Legal Landscape.” SCG Legal held its annual Mid-Year Meeting in Barcelona, Spain, on May 15-16, 2025.

Rieger was joined on the panel by moderator Don Bolia, Peachtree Government Relations in Georgia; and fellow panelists Chad Causey, Rose Law Firm in Arkansas; and Heather Harris, Barnes & Thornburg in Indiana.

The panelists explored the potential influence that the Trump administration will have on the global political and legal landscape, particularly on how U.S. federal policies have shaped legal frameworks at the state level and reverberated across international borders; regulatory shifts, including trade and foreign policy decisions; and constitutional challenges.
