We advise on cross-border collaborations, joint ventures and strategic licensing deals and have experience with transactions throughout the Americas, Europe and Asia.

The IP Team also collaborates frequently with its commercial law colleagues on IP aspects of transactions of all types. The advice we provide to clients includes:
